Daniele’s background is particularly interesting in that as well as being an Inchbald-trained interior decorator he is also an accomplished painter, has a PhD in Philosophy and History of Ideas, has written about Classical Antiquity and Aesthetics and is a researcher of History of Ancient Philosophy. His latest book has been published by Bloomsbury.

His paintings have been exhibited in Sicily, at the Il Polittico Gallery in Rome and at Rupert Cavendish Antiques in London.

Daniele is aware of the classical tradition of painting but his highly distinctive style also has a strongly contemporary and timeless perspective. His technique is mainly oil on linen canvas, inspired by the Old Masters he has studied.

As an interior decorator, he creates evocative classical interiors through deep knowledge of historical styles alongside a flair for colours and textures.
